Well, well, was waiting to hear from Sergio Lopez, pertaining lapse. He never called, so guess what. My registration is expired. So, I guess I’ll go to DMV and find another insurance company. Thanks Sergio. I’m still waiting for call back..
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The day after I was rear ended there insurance adjuster filed the claim. Then it took them (agents) 2 weeks to get the police report. Then I was told 3weeks after the accident that the jerk who red ended me wasn’t covered at the time of the accident. BULLSHIT. I’m filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner as well as the Better Business Bureau.
I got rear ended and my car has been in the shop for 3 weeks because theses F$&ks don’t call or pay claims. Expect to get sued homey! What a scam. How are they not shut down by now.
Really bad company. Had an accident with their driver about 2 months ago, they accepted liability, the auto shop they referred already contacted me and then suddenly they’re denying that they did accepted liability. Their adjuster won’t answer/return my phone calls, the other staff is unprofessional. I hope there’s anything we can do about this. Wish I could give negative stars for these clowns.
Very rude — not helpful. I needed one simple thing to be able to avoid s 1100$ fine that I was not helped with. Something so simple where no one would be affected. I just needed a proud of insurance for my friends car I was driving. My friend is hard to get ahold of, so because of that I was not given the proof of insurance to show the judge. Thank you Primero Insurance.
Website is very easy to Navigate through. Not too many steps to pay your monthly fees. Also you get a courtesy call about your upcoming due date.
I have a perfect driving record and they still charged me $99 a month just for the State Requirement. They haven’t any Grace period either so, if you’re 5 minutes late on your payment date you’re Screwed!!! And trying to get through to them on the Phone is another Huge, Huge, Problem. Don’t go out of your way to get Car Insurance with this Company!!!! Bad, Bad, Bad!! Smh
