Cheap for business insurance, but you get what you pay for. Don’t expect top-notch service or quick turnarounds. If you are willing to wait 2-3 weeks for a response, this is the place for you. Just staring in business, it was more reasonable for me, but now as I am growing and need more speedy support, I am finding they are unable to meet the need. Nice people, but just not great response time. 🙁 Unfortunately, I have to look at another company now.
I see the tough reviews Pyramid has received here but my experience has been very much different. I have been dealing with Dan Kawahara for 25+ years and have always found him to be responsive and professional. He can’t always give me what I want but always explains the issues and outcomes. No complaints. If you want an extraordinary customer experience (as I had three days ago) ask for Amanda Marzan whom I have never met but who was fantastically helpful and informed and solved my complicated problem in 10 minutes.
Are they fraud? We bought insurance from a Korean man due to language efficiency. We had a water leak and tried to file a claim. He never got back to us and I can’t even leave a voicemail on his number!
