We are an independently owned and operated agency located in San Francisco, California with remote sales offices in the East and South Bay Areas. We deliver comprehensive insurance and risk management solutions to individuals, families, and businesses and serve four western states besides California including Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, and Texas.

We not only believe in helping other people stay secure by helping to manage their risks but we want to give people great value when they purchase insurance products. A significant part of the service we offer is in educating our clients so they truly understand their insurance needs and how best to mitigate their risk as much as possible. We are also licensed in real estate sales and our CEO is a notary public.

We generally provide real estate and notary services as an added service to our insurance clients if requested. We also consult in and assist with Medicare supplements and Part D coverage for seniors and provide all types of medical plan coverage and benefits needed by individuals, families and businesses including dental, vision, long term disability and life insurance.

This place caused me to drive without insurance for two months My car registration was due. I sent in my payment, but the DMV said they had no proof of insurance. I checked my card and, sure enough, it had expired months before. When I called Riskguard Insurance Solutions, they said they had sent me a renewal notice, but never heard from me. This is a lie. I never received a notice from them. Irene Herman never returned my calls. I was polite on the phone with her associates. That got me nowhere. They have behaved recklessly and irresponsibly. I am glad to have the opportunity to publicly shame these people. If you are driving uninsured (which is against the law), that’s your tough luck. Your insurance agent doesn’t care if you are with Riskguard Insurance Solutions.
