Scammed!!! Canceled renter’s insurance provided by RLI Insurance (Protection Choice) a year ago for student housing apartment I rented for my daughter; only to receive another bill this year. What?! When I contacted them they stated my request wasn’t “fully” processed, so they billed me anyway for the year! They owe me $120!!!

I’m ashamed that this insurance agency would take thousands of peoples personal information and give it out. How dare you! Every one who is with this company, your names, addresses, social security numbers, phone numbers and more of your personal info is criminally being given out without. Find a better insurance company! For RLI will be prosecuted for breaking the law.
