Was with rural mutual insurance for many years, payed my bill on time , and when I found another insurance who had better rates by bundling so decided to cancel my $3200 policy it took forever to get me refund I still don’t have it over a month! My agent was from Cochrane wi, some of these agents r hardly in the office , off on fridays, and give me a excuse why I don’t have the refund yet! It is hog wash!

I applied online to insure my business back in August. A few days later I got a call from someone following up. They were extremely nice and said they would send my info to underwriting and someone would be contacting me. I m have been waiting almost four months, have called five times and have filled out three online quotes and still nothing, no followup, now they cant seem to find my file. This has taken me hours, has gotten me no where, and still no insurance or follow up.
