The Russell D. Patten Insurance Agency originated in 1952. Russell Webber Patten and wife Irma started the business out of their home. In 1967 their son, Russell, joined their agency. He ran the business out of his home alongside his wife Terri for 31 years. In 2003, they built a new office, and Webber’s grandchildren, Maria and Chris, are continuing the family legacy. In 1952, Webber had one major company. Today, The Russell D. Patten Insurance Agency, LLC has more than twenty excellent companies to use for our clients needs. We have stayed small enough to give our clients excellent service and individual attention that many of the larger agencies are unable to provide.

I wanted to switch my insurance to somewhere local when my wife and I purchased a new automobile. When we spoke to Connor at Russell D Patten Insurance, not only did he give us the best quote of any of the area insurers, but he was exceptionally courteous and very easy to deal with. When we needed our coverage in short order to make sure we’d be covered when we drove our new car off of the lot, Connor stayed in constant contact with us via phone, email, and text, to make sure we had what we needed when we needed it, going well above and beyond the call of duty. Not only do I feel like Patten Insurance offers a great value, but the added personal touch of knowing I can count on the people there is a very comforting feeling. I’ll be switching my homeowner’s insurance over to them in the near future as well. 🙂
