Wonderful Sagicor Life experience. No waiting time as I was early. Ambiance is great very COVID conscious environment

Good customer service and the service was as quick as can be expected.

Very convenient location that I use for submitting my insurance claim forms. The process there is quite easy and fast. As part of the Winchester Business Centre, there is sufficient parking space available. Customer service is very good at this location as well.

Workers are warm and friendly. Spacious parking.

I had the displeasure of being in contact via email with a Marion Whyte, this woman is the most condescending ever. She believes that she should insult a customer instead of helping them. If this is the way forward for Sagicor Jamaica, I feel sorry for them. This woman should on no level be dealing with the public. Sometimes, I guess employees within the service industry are responsible for the position which they hold. A disgusting experience indeed.
