The worst day insurance ive ran across the don’t return phone calls will tell you anything investigation takes 3 days to days then on the third day still tell you they have no info. Even if their driver is at fault they won’t try to work with you as the victim of their policy holders negligence. The lady I spoke to was rude & the others do not answer their phones. I am calling the BBB on them as I type

Terrible management!!! My nephew was interview by 6 different people, was told he had the job to only turn around a day or two after and be told they had to do a few other interviews and would be back in touch with him. Let me mention this was about two months ago and till today’s day no one has called him or had the audacity to update him on the status of the position. Regardless of the outcome, this should tell you A LOT! Bunch of clowns!

A driver insured by them ran a red light and hit my husband as he drove my car on June 22nd. TO THIS DAY, we have not received an update with any information on our claim. Virdiana Delgado is the most unresponsive adjusted I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with a few. Tami West, the supervisor, is a little easer to contact but no more effective in getting us results. Just overall frustrated with this entire situation and the lack of care on their part. I’ve had to file a complaint with the North Caroline Department of Insurance and the Better Business Bureau. We want nothing more than our medical and property bills taken care of!

Terrible customer service. Unfortunately, a driver insured with them rear-ended me on July 20th. I can’t get my assigned Claims Representative to return my phone calls. I leave messages – yet nothing about our claim or being able to move forward with getting our car fixed. You don’t have any choice in the matter when you are hit by someone insured by them, but I would warn anyone shopping for an insurance carrier to steer clear. They definitely do not have your best interest at heart.

I have been trying to get money back from this company for over a month. My car Insurance got paid twice and every time I call it’s a new reason why I have not got my money back. Local representative was no help and neither was the one 800 number both are giving me the run around
