I discovered the team at Steffes Agency and Professional Insurance Services, Inc. during a personal re-evaluation of my insurance portfolio a few years ago that was triggered when my personal auto insurance rates at my prior insurer began to get rather high (in our case, for drivers with clean records). But I shop value…not just price. So it’s important to me that coverages are compared as ‘apples to apples’. So I need to have the confidence my coverages are solid and I know what I’m getting for the price, but policy documentation is often like another language to me. So I tend to depend a lot on agents for my personal education – for me, the education ends up being as important part of the decision process as policy integrity and price.
