Ted Smith agency is great for all types of insurance options at great savings. All that goes without saying. The real reason I write this is that I had a housing repair needed to be done which I wasn’t sure was going to be either over or under our deductible at the time. So, Ted helped me in finding a person/company to do the repair work. Ted reached into his arsenal and had a person that reach back out to me. We hired and that person did a fantastic job and he got it done really quickly. Wow. An insurance person / agency in my mind working and solving our problem eventhough the total cost was below the insurance deductible. He went way beyond what normally one thinks insurance agency do. I have great confidence to talk to Ted agency’s if the problem is covered by insurance or not. Great to have a local person/agency to reach out to instead of a customer service department located in some other town.
