Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. Easy to use sites. Reasonable rates. Had an accident, or two, did excellent job from their end handling it all. Have payment options. Also have home/auto insurance combination discounts which we took advantage of. Happy Holidays to all.

I got an incredible rate through Erie/TLLA for full coverage on two vehicles and renters insurance. One of the vehicles is a rear wheel drive, turbocharged sports car so I expected a higher rate… The rate for all 3 combined was cheaper than what I was paying for on a policy on one vehicle through Progressive. I am so happy I went here. The reps were funny and great too. Great rates and service!

For the first time I’m disappointed in the way I was just treated on the phone. My simple question was about my home insurance, I had forgotten that I had put insurance which with all that has been happening personally and the pandemic, I simply forgot.

The woman I spoke to was condescending and she did not need to talk to me about how my mortgage works LOL I just wanted to know if I had home insurance and if not, to add that. She was trying to make me feel stupid. I don’t need that. I just needed a simple yes or no and what it was. All I could say was wow…
