A great place to shop for insurance
It is sad that I am talking about the owner of the company as well as the people that work for him. Not really sure what they do except being rude to the customer. They are not able to answer questions the customer has. Their answer is just to submit a claim for everything, but if the customer submits more than two claims they want to drop you. Will not even give you phone numbers to people you could ask the questions from.
Not only do they have top-notch customer service, everything is dealt with swiftly. Very knowledgeable staff have a great portfolio of insurance companies to serve every need. Highly recommend it.
I have been with the Wades and Sandy since 1979. Many cars, 3 homes (in three different cites around here) adding family they have been great. The service I have received when necessary has been incredible. The few questions I have had over the years have been answered thoroughly and always contained good sound advice. The claims I have had to make have been resolved beyond what I would believe other company’s would have provided. They rarely see me but always know my name. They treat me as if Springboro was still a small village – but with world class service. Give them a call – you won’t regret it.
