Very rude and unprofessional service over the phone. Wouldn’t provide any coverage despite their client damaging property AND trespassing. Even better, they keep leaving voice mail messages to call them back. When I do, they once again cop an attitude about ‘I spoke to you.’ So, stop calling me and leaving messages!

We recently had the misfortune of having a major plumbing issue that had to be fixed asap. We have a special needs adult day care that is in a low income part of town and all of our clients rely on getting most of their meals from us so working plumbing is extremely important. Our claims adjuster verbally gave the go ahead to start both the repair and restoration process. However, now the insurance is not going to pay for anything even though the adjuster gave the green light. When we brought up the fact that the adjuster told the contract company to get it done and that we never gave permission we were told ” it needed to be done anyway”. Yes it did need to get done but we would have had more time to shop around for more competitive bids. Now our day care is still in shambles with walls cut out and carpet removed. Just like other small businesses who have been affected by Covid, we are now having another financial set back because of something that should have been covered by insurance.

I own a retail insurance agency and we wrote a policy with this company through a broker for an insured. The insured had a claim and it was totally mishandled, passed through several adjusters and after 6 months the claim was finally paid. The key issue is the carrier paid the insured’s client directly after the insured made his client whole on the project. The claims manager handling this claim was indifferent to me and the insured being by passed and not honoring his making his client whole. The insured requested he be reimbursed for the repairs he already paid out on behalf of his client. We will not write through this company ever again
