My fiancé got a life policy with Zander. The entire process was unbelievably easy and the representatives both her and I spoke to were always very friendly and answered any question we had, including walking her through the forms she needed to activate the policy it’s self. Zander has some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. We will definitely be recommending them to all of our family and friends.

update: It took me a while to get a hold of them, I was not aware that a very large credit reporting agency security issue caused thousands of phone calls from concerned customers. This was not Xander’s fault. They just were not prepared for what was happening. Once I got a hold of them the supervisor gave me her personal number and reached out to me directly many times to take care of me. I couldn’t ask for better service.

I have been on hold for over 2 hours and they will not answer the phone. I do not plan on renewing my service if this is the type of service I am paying for. I lead Dave Ramsey courses and recommend this service, but have never had to call before. This is unacceptable.

I worked with Jennifer Puckett at Zander and she was excellent- a great communicator, thorough, knowledgeable and helped saved us half! Very pleased with the service here.

Zander has gone above and beyond to find the best insurance policies for my family. They are so easy to work with and I now save about $600/year on my husband and I’s auto insurance. Most recently, Matt Greene was able to help us find the best home insurance for us first time home buyers. He was very professional, kind and fun to work with! He walked me through each coverage section so I knew exactly what the insurance would cover and what were optional. Highly recommend, can’t believe this is a free service to the public!

Oh This place is the worst. Their lack of professionalism is simply unparalleled. And yes, I am sitting on hold (and have been for 33 min) but the inability for customer service is laughable. I wish I could link the string of emails trying to get my address correct. I did have to search for the emails as my email address is wrong as well. They sent the emails to my father….who isn’t even on the policy nor does he have anything to do with the policy. He just did some research to find them. I am here to let researchers know what a horrible company this is….hang on a second….I have have to call back….they just hang up on me. If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

Amendment: Zander Insurance sent me flowers and reached out to apologize. I decided to use them one more time to see if my experience truly was a slip through the Crack. I’m not changing my rating until they earn it though…but they truly seem to want to make things right.
