My partner’s experience with this company has ruined his life. They lied to him on the phone about rescheduling his loan, then swooped in a police-coordinated raid and repossessed his car. In the process he was injured and finished in hospital suffering from a total breakdown. As a result he lost his business and everything he had worked for for six years.

Ritu Chandy, the regional CEO, doesn’t have the balls to address his requests directly, but palms off the job to her Melbourne underlings.

Her company employs thugs, uses deceitful tactics, refuses to acknowledge any responsibility and will never offer compensation.

Based on my experience I will not purchase an insurance from them. They will rip you off! my renewal quote was $1000+ more per annum. Instead go directly to insurance companies they offer same quote for correct price!

I will never use BMW Finance again. After financing 6 vehicles over the past 10 years through my business my recent experience with them was extremely poor. Clara Wong at Brighton is incompetant and does not complete her job. Their level of communication is disgraceful. Stay away people – be warned
