Terrible service and communication. If you intend rolling over a One Path super product I suggest you give them at least 6 weeks notice (and counting).

Quite a few brutal reviews here – I was expecting the worst but called customer support and found them to be great. Very helpful and no issues at all getting through to them.

Absolutely terrible service. Long wait times on the phone. Call backs that take days after you request. A waste of time and energy and money overall. Would hate to try and make an insurance claim with this mob. Avoid at all costs.
