The service I have received from Petplan has been exemplary. I have claimed for surgery for my dog with all claims dealt with quickly and easily. I have received my money from claims quickly and fully explained. I can not praise Petplan enough for delivering great plans at very reasonable prices. I have peace of mind knowing my dogs are well looked after with their pet insurance policies.

We have two lovely standard Poodles, both insured with Petplan. Unfortunately around 12 months ago both dogs were diagnosed with two different major ongoing diseases: pancreatitis and Inflammatory Bowel Disease – more or less at the same time. Both dogs now require ongoing care and also required a plethora of tests to determine each dog’s diagnosis. The bills mounted up and we were nervous because without Petplan we would never have been able to pay the huge bills required to keep our dogs well.

Petplan have been amazing, always courteous, very fair and supportive. And despite the considerable costs that arose, our cots were refunded to us promptly and efficiently.

I couldn’t rate Petplan highly enough for their service and their products.

With all the bad press around the insurance industry at the moment, Petplan is an exemplar- everything a good insurance company should be.

I have always raved about how good petplan are for their insurance and highly recommended them to everyone, but I am really disappointed in how difficult they’re making it for me to take over the insurance on my cat after separating with my husband. It is a real let down and is even making me consider alternative insurers.

I can’t even remove myself from the joint policy we had for the animals without a Stat Dec from both of us.

Beauracracy gone mad!!!

I have been with PetPlan for 9 years and they have been consistently wonderful. They are very fair and efficient with processing the claims and believe me my dog has had many! The financial and emotional security it has provided me has been so important as there is no way I could have sustained the costs of my dog’s vet bills without them. I have recommended them to many people over the years and will continue to do so.
