My first time to try Youi and I was amazed by the professionalism of the person I talked with. Georgia was very passionate and I can feel her sincerity of helping me out. I could not be happier with my experience with Youi. After filling in my details on their website, they got back to me at 7 PM. Bonus points for that fact. My needs were reasonably complex and Clare answered all of my questions thoroughly. Clare also went above and beyond in my view, checking all of the facts with her manager so that I was assured that Youi could meet my insurance needs. Highly recommended if you want that personal touch where the company cares. Good on them.

Have been with this company since 2014. To date, they have been fantastic. Today I had to ring them to confirm some information and was greeted by a lovely lady called Sally from the sunshine coast. She was bright, cheerful and friendly and offered additional saving on my policies without me having to plead with her. Its so nice to speak with someone who treats you with kindness and respect. The company employees Australians but also has call centres in New Zealand and South Africa so you always get some who speaks English clearly which makes communicating with them so much easier. We have had one claim with them and it was a very easy process with no hidden costs. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience I have had over the years.
