They declining policies if you had COVID. That is so unprofessionalism.

Absolutely a disgusting service. These people shouldn’t be in anywhere in any industry at all. The front desk/ hot line staffs are terrible clowns. They do everything except solving their customer’s issues. Disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Stay away from this circus. Avoid at any cost.

Cancelled my insurance 20 days ago, they still tried to charge my super. Don’t trust these people with your money. Fortunately my bank managed to stop the payment and block them, wondering if they are based in India
