Was very impressed with the claims process right from the beginning. My agent at Kennedy Nemier Agency got the claim started for us. My adjuster, Michael Holler reached out right away even during the Christmas holiday. Everything was explained thoroughly and payment of my claim was lightning fast.

I have had my house insured by them for a while, while we probably should have priced checked, we didn’t. Recently they contacted another agency to let us know that our homeowners would be raised by $7,000 a year because we own a dog. After price checking homeowners insurance, we found one with far better reviews, same coverage and much cheaper than it was before the price increase of $7,000. I highly recommend doing your research, I’m sure you could find a better insurance.
