Erie Insurance lost a customer of 20 years today and I couldn’t be happier. I saved by finding another carrier. I do not recommend Timmy Harless for ANY insurance needs. After talking to Erie Customer Service and other Agents and Agencies and his District Sales Manager Carolyn Reger Timmy can refuse Customers or coverage on certain vehicles even if Erie allows it and the underwriters allow it. He was very Arrogant, Disrespectful and Rude over the phone. His 40 years of experience prove nothing in his Knowledge of the Company he represents (Erie). He wanted to be a Know it All and over talk me and say that I couldn’t have Full Coverage on vehicle’s I have owned and insured with Erie for 10 years. That’s fine……. I will continue to voice my concerns with him and Erie. Maybe you can take this as a learning experience and talk to your Underwriters and become Educated Timmy!
