I have been using this insurance broker for 12 years. Many of the reviews previously left by others show that they do not understand what a broker is. They are not an insurance company. They do the investigation for you to find the best rate with various insurance companies. The companies are all JD Power A rated insurance companies even though there have been ones I haven’t heard of. When I’ve looked into those companies I’ve found that they are known in other states but newer in Georgia.
Every year at renewal I use the broker to shop around so I can make sure I get the best rate. My policy is with the individual insurance companies like Mercury, Safeco, Donegal, etc.. It’s not with the broker although theh will start the paperwork and handle cancellations. I pay the insurance company. I use the insurance companies website snd customer service. If You cancel early it’s normal that you owe the insurance company because the full payment is for a contracted period and even though your paying monthly it may not equal the true cost of the service. I’ve had to do that with other companies like Nationwide and Allstate.
Casie has taken such good care of us over the years. She not only finds us the best price but she is always quick to respond!! We recommend bbh to all our friends and family!
First let me say I created a google account to make this review. Stay far far away!!! Lousy customer service. Tried contacting them for 2 months over an issue with no return call. Then they cancelled my policy. Now I can’t get insurance due to a lapse I had no idea about! I was never informed. I left State Farm to come to BBH because the premium was great! Once I signed the policy good customer service went out the window! I got the state insurance commissioner office involved. Now I’m stuck paying a ridiculous premium monthly because the 3 stooges that run this place don’t know how to answer a phone call. Please for the love of god save your self the Trouble and find a real insurance company.
Same experience as other reviewers. If you’re not signing a new policy, there is ZERO customer service. They are non-responsive via email and do not return calls, of course unless your taking out a new policy, then they are very responsive. Unbelievably horrible customer service all around. I took my business elsewhere to someone who actually cares about the customer.
I really can’t believe these reviews! Cliff has always been available if I’ve had any questions or concerns. He has found us the best rates and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues I’ve had. All phone calls and emails have been responded to quickly. I can’t imagine having to deal with insurance companies without him.
