The agent I work with, Chaz, was extremely responsive/communicative. What I like best about his customer service is that he really listened to me. He didn’t try to convince me to purchase anything other than what I wanted, and his quote exactly reflected my request. I got quotes from two other agencies that did not listen as well. Thank you!
