I recently reached out for a quote on a multi family home in providence. The customer service was very friendly! But that only goes so far when the quote was outrageously expensive

I never leave reviews, but Burns & Cotter deserve my review. I have been with this company only a few months and they have exceeded my expectations in every aspect: Prices, customer service, making sure I understand what coverage I’m purchasing, and so on.
I have dealt with Dave Herbs and Deb Kenny. They both have taken the time to explain to me anything I didn’t understand. Also, they get back to me in a timely manner and they are really nice people.
I was with another company in providence for a few years and what a headache it was! I had to be on top of them for everything, but I’m so glad I found these folks and I no longer have to stress it because they are really responsible.
