I administrate several AutoBody shops and mechanic shops. This insurance company has neglected and ignores customers especially when they’re are a minority. Any Hispanic / latino or African American customers are never answered or acknowledged. Customer have gone weeks and some times months without a answer to they’re auto claims. From our end , the facilities are never contacted to establish a inspection appointment.

They have racial profiles every single one off my fellow peers and fellow shops in the area as well. Racial slurs are said over the phone to mentioned a example. No one is ever at they’re desk. Or respond to voicemail or email correspondence .

If you guys would like to get a quick response file a complaint with the BBB and the FTC. I had my issue dealt with promptly after I made several complaints. Also switch your insurance as quick as heavenly possible.

Worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. Their insurer hit my PARKED car 5 weeks ago, took 3 weeks to send an adjuster to assess damage, and two weeks later, they still don’t have the adjusters report filed and have t claimed liability, even though the police report has been submitted and they have everything. Sheneta Johnson, is completely non responsive but apparently the only one who can help me, her voicemail is full, she doesn’t respond to emails, just completely useless. I just want to fix my car, and they are making it impossible. They have a decentralized system and nobody knows how to get the other person to actually do their job.
