I am moving from Florida to Manchester CT. I like doing business locally, so I called Gorman Insurance to discuss the matter, but got Karen’s voicemail. I left a message with the gist of my needs. Then I waited 2 days. Finally, Mikhala called back and we spoke for about an hour regarding my insurance needs. I gave her all the details for creating a quote and she said she would be calling me back today (Monday) at 1:00 pm. I am still waiting! If people hate working there, they should quit! Don’t take it out on your customers and don’t make promises that you can’t keep!
