Called for a quote and gave them all my personal info on the car, home and Boat Insurance and they never called me back. I called again and no call back
I highly recommend this independent insurance agency! If you are looking for a sales producer, contact Gus Froumis! He is very experienced in this field. Super honest, friendly, hardworking individual. He cares for you like you are his family if that makes sense.
Do NOT use this agency. You are just an number to them. I was told (more than once) that my agent (Lonnie) had a book of $3 million in business (good for him…eye roll) and therefore couldn’t be bothered to follow up with me.
I admittedly missed an email (one email, from someone I had never worked with before, to an account I rarely use anymore) about my policy expiring if I didn’t take action. I followed up about a week later to learn that I no longer had homeowners insurance, and there was nothing they could do about it because it was a Friday afternoon.
I wish I would have received a phone call, a letter, a follow up email…SOMETHING from GLIIA confirming I knew that I was now without coverage, but I received no such communication. My policy lapsed and the office couldn’t be bothered to make a phone call.
As of right now I have still not heard from my agent or anyone at the GLIIA office, which I suppose means I’m shopping for new insurance.

They fully support Americans and Veterans!! And are not bad people at all. Bogus Negative responses. Know the truth before lashing out! They are Helpful and very professional. One of the better insurance companies I know of.
I Physically stopped by and left the folks with my current AAA policy (auto and home) wanting a quote. Never heard back from them at all. Called an left a voice mail to an agent (won’t name the person) but nothing. I guess I’m not that important as a potential customer who was cross checking a quote from someone else that showed my AAA was WAY overpriced.
I know we are all busy and overworked and understaffed. But when a competitor cut my policy from AAA by 50% I thought this can’t be real. But GLIIA never responded.
I have used this agency for years and have had great customer service by all the ladies who work there but especially Sandie. She has gone above and beyond to be a great insurance agent.
