My first time using Guide Insurance was back in 2011. Customer Service was excellent. The agent that assisted me was very professional, knowledgeable of what I needed to get me started , patience in taking the time to help me understand my policy. I have been involved with Guide Insurance for more than 20 years (from back when it was the Belew Agency). They have always been extremely helpful, professional, and VERY easy to work with. They’ve always worked to get me the best rates, and have even suggesting choices among types of vehicles that would be economical to insure. As the years progressed, they company grew, and they, too, progressed with digital accessibility, enabling me to communicate via Internet and text messaging, so that I didn’t have to visit the office. I recently contacted them after buying a new car and found that Guide remains the pleasant, helpful, customer-focused company they have always been.
