Everyone we encountered was friendly and polite. Rachel Layton is awesome! I can’t say enough good things about her and the effort she put into helping us. She went beyond to find us a more reasonable premium for our cars and home. Very professional, kind, knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend this agency and Rachel Layton. FYI, we are new to Florida and we settled to the first insurance we contacted. After a few actions from the first insurance we found questionable we started to research thus interviewing several insurance companies and agents. Rachel was by far the most impressive and diligent. We are confident with State Insurance.
Chapman Insurance group is a very nice place to do business with. They put their customers first. An example of this occurred when I initially utilized their services for a quote on my homeowners insurance. I was told they could not beat the price of my current insurer and that I should stay put. Needless to say that really impressed me. I purchased another type of policy with them at that point in time. Rachel Layton, my account executive, recently assisted me on another policy. She was very informative and helpful in providing the necessary information for me to make an informed decision. She made sure everything was completed properly, the premium payment accepted by the insurer, and the policy issued timely. A fabulous experience!
I went to Chapman when I bought my home in 2017. Every year they drop me. For no reason the first time, then because my hurricane shutters which are wood were covering 4 windows that don’t open. The next time was because we emptied the pool to have it resurfaced. This last time was because I have a beware of dog sign in the window and the pool was dirty. They did not issue a refund nor try to get another insurance for me. I did find an awesome insurance company, Allied. Gave me better insurance for half the price. Yahaira Pullen, you are the worst, least helpful insurance agent I ever dealt with. Nobody should use you!
