Incompetence with a dash of arrogance is what we received from this company after using them for years.
It took 4 months an email to the CEO and alot of work on my end to cancel our last two policies policy with them. At one time they had our home, flood, auto and boat policies.
From my experience they do not have good checks and balances along with bad oversight. If you have a problem go straight to the top right away.
I have been in business in the CBD in New Orleans for 4 years and they have been my business insurance company since before we went live. They now also have our autos and boat insurance. I can’t praise Greg LaGrange, Chantell, and Marla enough. Anytime, day or night, I can email them a question or a change, and they are on top of it and answer promptly.
