Henry O. Baker first founded his insurance and real estate agency in 1923 based on the principles of community service and ethical insurance practices. Baker Insurance Group into a Morris County institution. In 1958, Mr. Baker was joined by Wharton Business graduate and Dover native Archibald Nicholas, Jr. Through passion, knowledge, and a focus on client satisfaction, the team of Baker and Nicholas steadily built one of the area’s most enduring business success stories.
