Aleisha and her team are very unprofessional and talk rudely to clients (me and my mom). My mom left with them for this reason and I will be too. Awful customer service. They do have good rates but not worth their mistakes and mistreatment. Best to go somewhere else.

This company goes way above and beyond when it comes to insurance. We used them for our homeowners and car insurance. Aliesha Brard is helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and is a great communicator. She has helped us through several issues. She will always get back to us right away, and she will make you feel like you are their only client (even though she has many and is extremely busy!) She gets the best rates for us and increased our coverages for less money. I have no hesitation in recommending her for your insurance needs. We had a small issue with our water softener blowing up, and she sent her son out to replace and paint the drywall we had to take out! Who else would do that? Everyone in the office is extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous as well.
