It was when we have dental insurance through this place. But I need to buy insurance so I can take my daughter to the dentist. Because nobody takes this dental insurance. Called 5+ places nope not a one will see her. And they do not have a list of dentists that take the insurance. They don’t care one bit if a child needs a dentist.

Absolutely awful at communication. Constant lies, losing paperwork to avoid paying for services they cover, have you call around to a minimum of 4 different companies in a circle to try to get someone who knows what they are talking about. Refuses to give you a supervisor when you ask for one. My doctors office and I are about to rip our hair out trying to fight them the entirety of 2021. It’s been 9 months. Absolutely awful customer services. If you’re thinking of getting this company, just know you’d be better off not having insurance at all. Wrote a letter to the ceo and never got a response. Faxed it to every fax number they have given to my doctors office. I hate this company.
