This company does not offer online payments. Only phone calls and paper checks. We accidentally let our policy cancel because we don’t write checks or even HAVE checks anymore and forgot to pay. At that point, we told them to make a cancellation effective the same time they made it effective and would pay the past due amount.

Since then, they have demanded that we pay them to reinstate the policy and then cancel it effective the day AFTER they said they already cancelled it…so essentially they want us to pay them for a day that they said they didn’t cover us and we agreed not to keep coverage with them for…they’re even sending back the check for the past due amount because it isn’t the $400+ that they want so they can reinstate the policy and keep the money for one day of coverage and reimburse the rest…

Won’t be doing business there ever again or referring anyone to them ever…it’s completely uncalled for.

I spoke and met with Matthew Martin. From the beginning he was very professional, friendly, and a great communicator. I had been skeptical when the tree fell on my shed/house that the insurance process would be anything but painful but he proved me wrong. I really couldn’t believe how smooth the whole process went. It seemed fair and he made every step very clear. Bravo to him and whomever trained him! I have been very busy but I kept this information for a survey on my to do list because I wanted to be sure he got the credit he deserves. Thanks again!

I was in an accident with someone with Patriot Insurance. Their insured was 100% at fault and even though I am not a customer of Patriot, Jim Hallowell treated me with the utmost respect and made sure everything was handled in a timely manner. I [had] Geico insurance and they could not be bothered by the incident whatsoever, but Jim assured me every step of the way and handled everything with professionalism – letting me know what the process would be, setting up my rental while my car was in the shop, reaching a settlement for my medical expenses, and was always available to be reached by phone or email.

From the first phone call to Hayden Perry Agency I could not be more pleased with the service I received. Everyone I spoke with was so understanding and helpful. I was traveling so there was lots of coordination involved but it was accomplished in a very timely manner. I even called the lady who wrote my policy originally to thank her for the awesome coverage I have through Patriots! I will be a customer of Patriots Insurance for life! It is very traumatic when a robbery or any violation of one’s property happens, and that is why I have insurance. Ms. Forbes and Mr. Weymouth interrogated me as the criminal and not the victim making it twice as hard to negotiate because I was in CA and James was at the residence. I kept asking them to deal only with James for the missing items seeing that I was not there to verify. James and I verified over the phone with each other about the loss.

My son James had valuable antique chairs stolen in the same robbery from the garage and filed his claim with his Insurance Co and the claim was settled within a week.
