I kept my home owners Insurance with my friend for over 14 years. The rates went up this summer I asked him to shop it around. He came back with higher quotes so I accepted the rate increase. While working on a Refinance in September, I contacted Rockland and got a text within minutes. I gave the agent my information and was given a quote quickly that saved me over $600 a year. The service and team are excellent!

In all my interactions with Rockland, I have found their team of professionals to be very knowledgeable and responsive. As a new homeowner, I particularly appreciate being able to communicate to a professional who will take the time to personally respond to my questions and concerns – a trait which is increasingly unique, as other large agencies move to automate their customer service with chatbots and FAQs!

Majorly dropped the ball on my renewal. Connected this office with the mortgage company directly and still was not renewed. Patricia David 🙁 I Found a broker whose on top of renewals.

Edit. I might have thanked you all for what I thought was handled but actually wasn’t. My policy was not renewed and a force was put on after calling and emailing numerous times. Between the Mortgage company and I your office was notified when the mortgage company changed. I sent all information and the ball was still dropped. Maybe I should screen shot the notice. Maybe a phone call from your office to say it wasn’t alright. I guess that’s too much to expect. Fastest you all ever responded was too this review lol. I STAND FIRM 1 STAR!
