I’ve worked with Alicia and this office for all of my insurance needs. She’s super helpful and proactive. I’d recommend Saint Cloud Reliable and her in particular to anyone.
Called for a quote, I asked a question about the policy and the gal told me they have people coming in today and do not have time. She gave me a number to Progressive and told me to call them for a quote. I asked if they were connected, she stated they are a completely different company.
It was an awful feeling being put off like that. I apologized for “wasting her time” (exact words used, to see her response) and she replied with, “it’s okay, bye.”
I would not recommend this feeling to anyone else or the location!
