I AM NOT HAPPY. their hidden fees are ridiculous. $8 fee unless you go paperless. A $40 insurance fee just to write up a policy for you. I paid for 6 months of insurance up front and they still charged me the $8 fee for not signing up for paperless billing. They would not refund the money when I asked them why I was being charged that fee when I paid for all 6 months up front? I didn’t end up with the quote they gave me when I called to start the policy. It ended up being about 32 more a month!. The customer service agents so far have been very unhelpful and I don’t think k I want to go through them any more. So far I’m very unhappy with the service and billing.
