I have dealt with numerous Insurance Agencies over the years for both personal and business needs. Once I became a client of Weber Insurance it became obvious that there would be no need to switch Agencies in the future.
Dealing with Will and now Jim as well as receiving exceptional customer service from Lisa, I know at all times that I have the best policy at the best price for my home, auto, flood and business properties. Our agent Lisa Ermert has been very helpful in setting up our policies and responding to our questions and concerns. She always gets back to me right away when I ask a question . Luckily we have not had to file a claim for anything, over the past 7 years, but we’ve been very happy with Weber so far.
You always respond back promptly to questions and have always been available to search for better options.
