Quick in and out. The Branch Manager was very informative and she fielded every question we asked. The documents were put into a fantastic booklet. Additionally, they provided a laminated color copy of the survey.

Use any WFG location *except this one*. The ladies here are very unprofessional and quite frankly, rude. Standard industry processes are not the case at this location. It almost seems as if they make up “policies” to make things as difficult as possible/keep them from having to actually do their jobs. No other WFG location has the same policies as this one, very odd.

We switched title companies in the middle of a transaction. Juli Littleton responded quickly, picked up everything needed to be done, and communicates with the previous title company to make sure nothing was missed and we would still be ready to close on time. Juli and Jennifer were very communicative and responsive.

Meeting Juli at the closing table was a delight and she did an amazing job explaining everything to my clients and ensuring the signing was quick and smooth.

Everyone from the receptionist to the closer did PERFECT! It really was memorable and I will remember them! Beautiful, clean and comfortable facilities!
