I trusted my BNP advisor who directed me to CARDIF and the least we can say is that this insurance is managed by notorious INCOMPETENTS.

2 claims that have been dragging on for 2 years, no management, no contact with an adviser, nothing, an expert who passes with the aim of saving money for the insurance by reducing the amount of work

How is it possible to call the service in broad daylight for a water damage claim and to hear our service is exceptionally closed?!, and that the assistance which is a simple service provider cannot get things done. This is unprofessional

I requested a termination by telephone on the end of the month date. The advisor confirms that it is taken into account and that it would just be necessary to send the inventory of fixtures when I would have received it. She also confirms to me that if I pay more costs, the time to have the inventory, I will be reimbursed. When the time comes (2 weeks after leaving my accommodation) I send the inventory. There they tell me that I’m going to pay for the 2 weeks when I haven’t occupied my accommodation and she tells me “it’s nothing, ma’am, it’s only 4/5 euros and you’re employed!!!!!”. Unacceptable. Terrible service. Without, of course, mentioning the claims that are not properly covered.

Big scam concerning the reimbursements of this mutual. For several weeks, they tell you that they have made a refund but they do not verify. No response to the various messages sent asking them for explanations and by phone, you are made to understand that you are annoying them with your questions. They don’t try to find out if there is a problem on their side. They are not professionals! To avoid absolutely.

BNP Paribas is a very traditional French bank and as a retail customer I’ve had some bad experiences with their services and slow customer response times. However they are very trustworthy and especially their insurance branch is the company that insured my credit in the past. Regarding inquiries on my coverage and what I am eligible for, they staff were very clear and eager to support. I guess with customer service, it’s really hit or miss based on who is serving you that day… but am very satisfied nonetheless and recommend.
