I called them on last Friday to ask about the insurance plan. While all agents were busy, I agreed to let them call me back at 9 am on next morning – Saturday. I was waiting at 9 am on that Saturday but they would not call me until 10 am – I figured it out later . An agent named Paul called me and probably the connection was not good, I kept saying hello. Then, I did not hear anything back.

I’ve been doing business with PHP for the last 6 years and have not encountered any issue with their service. Staff are always very polite and friendly, professional and efficient. However, their super star is Tony. He has helped me to understand all the pros and cons of the insurance policies, to choose the most suitable for my situation. He’s very patient and knowledgeable.
